Spicy Aloo Samosa Recipe/ Crispy Samosa Recipe

Instructions:
- To make the dough for the pastry, mix the flour, oil, salt, carom seeds, and ½ cup water in a large mixing bowl until a smooth dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and set it aside to rest for 20 minutes.
- To make the filling, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cumin, coriander seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder to the pan and stir for a few seconds.
- Add the grated ginger and minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and cook for a few minutes until it becomes translucent.
- Add the chopped potato and green peas to the pan and mix well. Add salt to taste and cook for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.

- Take one half of the circle and form it into a cone shape, sealing the edges with water.

- Seal the top of the cone with water and press down to ensure it is secure.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the samosas and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the samosas to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
