“Authentic Shammi Kabab: A Mouth-Watering Blend of Meat, Spices and Lentils”

Shammi kabab is a traditional Indian dish that is famous for its mouth-watering taste and unique texture. SHAMMI KABAB

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground lamb or beef
  • 1 cup Chana dal (split Bengal gram)

  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder

  • Rinse the Chana dal under running water and soak it in water for 2-3 hours. Drain the water and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, soaked Chana dal, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and knead the mixture for 5-10 minutes to ensure that all the ingredients are well combined.
