  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp ketchup

Instructions:

  • Take the chicken breasts and cut them into halves. Pound each piece of chicken with a meat mallet until it is evenly thin.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and then again in the flour mixture to coat it well.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
